Cancel a session
Cancel a single class session with a reason, keep the session in history, and understand how cancellations are recorded without deleting the schedule safely
Overview
Sessions can be cancelled when a class cannot run. Cancelled sessions remain in history.
This gives you a clear record of what was planned and what changed.
Cancelling a session
To cancel a session:
- Open the class.
- Find the session you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel session.
- Choose a cancellation reason.
- Save the change.
Mark attendance
Record attendance for each session, mark dancers as present, absent, late or excused, and use mark all present for active or trial enrolments in one click
Enrolment requests
Review public enrolment requests, filter by status or class, and see key details like requester, relationship, capacity checks and submission time at a glance
