Classes
Understand what classes are, how to view details, show archived classes, and manage schedules, enrolments, teachers, studios and capacity without clutter
Overview
Classes are where you define what is taught, who teaches it, where it runs, and when it happens.
The Classes area lets you:
- View all active classes
- Open a class to see its details and enrolments
- Show or hide archived classes
- Create, edit, or archive a class
Opening the Classes page
From the main navigation, select Classes.
You will see a list of your classes, including:
- Name
- Teacher
- Studio
- Term
- Status (Draft or Published)
Select a class name to open it. This is the quickest way to get to the details you need.
Showing archived classes
By default, the list shows active classes.
To include archived classes:
- Select Show Archived

Filtering by status
Use the status filters to switch between:
- All
- Draft
- Published
Draft classes are visible only in the dashboard. Published classes can also be made public if visibility is enabled.
Public visibility at a glance
Published classes show whether they are Public or Hidden. Only Published + Public classes appear on public pages.
