Reset your password

Steps to request a password reset by email, what the reset message includes, and what to do if you cannot sign in or cannot find the email in spam folder

Overview

This page explains how to reset your password if you can no longer sign in to your Classia account.

Password resets are handled securely by email. You will receive a link that allows you to create a new password for your account.

When to reset your password

You may need to reset your password if:

  • You have forgotten it
  • Your password is not being accepted
  • You want to set a new password for security reasons

If you are already signed in and simply want to change your password, this can be done from your account settings.

Requesting a password reset

To request a password reset:

  1. Go to the Classia sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Complete the human verification if shown.
  5. Select Send reset link.

If the email address matches an existing account, a reset email will be sent to you.

The reset email

The email will:

  • Come from Classia
  • Include a Reset password button
  • Include a secure link you can copy and paste into your browser

If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Creating a new password

To create a new password:

  1. Open the reset email and select Reset password, or open the link provided.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Confirm your new password.
  4. Complete the human verification if shown.
  5. Submit the form.

Once completed, your password will be updated and you can sign in using your new details.

Password reset links are time-limited for security reasons.

If the link has expired or does not work:

  • Return to the sign-in page
  • Request a new password reset

Only the most recent reset link will be valid.

If you did not request a reset

If you receive a password reset email that you did not request:

  • You can safely ignore the email
  • Your account will remain secure
  • No changes will be made unless the link is used

If this happens repeatedly, contact support.

Common issues

I haven’t received the reset email
Check:

  • The email address you entered is correct
  • Your spam or junk folder

If it still does not arrive, wait a few minutes and try again.

I can’t create a new password
Make sure:

  • Both password fields match
  • Your password meets any on-screen requirements

If problems continue, contact support for help.
