Sign in and out

How to sign in to your Classia account, who can access the dashboard, the human check you may see, and how to sign out safely on shared or public devices

Overview

This page explains how to sign in to your Classia account and how to sign out when you are finished.

Signing in gives you access to the Classia dashboard, where you can manage classes, enrolments, payments, and account settings. Signing out helps keep your account secure, especially if you are using a shared or public device.

Who can sign in

The sign-in page is intended for:

  • Class providers and studio owners
  • Teachers and authorised staff
  • Anyone who already has a Classia account

Parents or participants do not use this page unless they have been given their own staff access.

Signing in to Classia

To sign in:

  1. Go to the Classia sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Complete the human verification if shown.
  5. Select Login.

If your details are correct, you will be taken to your Classia dashboard.

If you’ve forgotten your password

If you cannot remember your password:

  • Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Password resets are explained in more detail on the Reset your password page.

Staying signed in

For security reasons, you may be signed out automatically after a period of inactivity. This helps protect your account, particularly when working with sensitive information.

If this happens, simply sign in again using your email address and password.

Signing out

To sign out of Classia:

  1. Open the main navigation menu in the dashboard.
  2. Select Log out at the bottom of the menu.

You will be returned to the sign-in page.

When to sign out

You should always sign out if:

  • You are using a shared or public computer
  • You have finished working for the day
  • Someone else may have access to your device

This helps prevent unauthorised access to your account.
