Create a class
Create a new class by choosing a term, teacher and studio, then set key details like name, level, schedule, capacity and age range before saving in Classia
Overview
Creating a class sets up what is taught, where it runs, and when it happens.
A class must be linked to a term, a teacher, and a studio, so everything stays connected and easy to manage.
Before you start
Make sure you already have:
- A term
- A teacher
- A studio
If any of these are missing, create them first. This keeps the class setup smooth.
Creating a class
To create a class:
- From the main navigation, select Classes.
- Select New Class.
- Enter the class details.
- Select Save.
The class will be added to your classes list.

These fields only show when the class is published and publicly visible.
