Enrolment requests
Review public enrolment requests, filter by status or class, and see key details like requester, relationship, capacity checks and submission time at a glance
Overview
Enrolment requests are created when someone signs up through your public enrolment link.
The Enrollment Requests page lets you review and filter these requests in one place.
Opening enrolment requests
From the main navigation, select Enrollment Requests.
By default, the list shows Pending requests.
Filtering requests
You can filter by:
- Status (pending, waitlisted, approved, rejected, or all)
- Class
What you can see
Each request shows:
- The requester and relationship
- The class and requested enrolment type
- Capacity status for the class
- When the request was submitted
Reviewing possible duplicate matches
If a request is marked Review match, Classia found details that might match an existing dancer or family.
You have two options:
- Resolve match to link the request to an existing dancer, family, or responsible adult
- Confirm new if the request should stay as a new person
Resolve the match before approving or rejecting the request so the enrolment records stay accurate.
Cancel a session
Cancel a single class session with a reason, keep the session in history, and understand how cancellations are recorded without deleting the schedule safely
Approve an enrolment request
Approve a public enrolment request, choose active or trial status, handle capacity overrides when a class is full, and add the dancer to the class safely
