Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Classia. Classia is a product of Toskaas Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • Service means the Classia platform, websites, and related services.

  • Account means the studio or organisation account created on Classia.

  • Class provider means a studio or organiser using Classia to run classes.

  • Staff means users authorised by a class provider, including owners and teachers.

  • Parent/Guardian means an adult responsible for a participant who is a minor.

  • Participant means a child or adult enrolled in classes.

  • Content means data or materials you upload to the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Adults may create accounts for themselves. Children do not create user accounts and must be managed by a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and ensuring information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe it is needed for security, legal compliance, or to enforce these Terms.

Relationship to class providers

Classia provides software tools to help class providers manage classes, enrolments, attendance, and payments. We do not run classes. Any agreement to attend or pay for classes is between the class provider and the parent/guardian or participant.

Public pages and enrolments

Class providers can enable public pages to list classes and accept enrolment requests. Public visibility may be subject to verification requirements to protect users, especially children. We may remove or restrict public pages where necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform.

Payments and Stripe Connect

Where payments are enabled, Stripe processes payment details. Classia does not store card or bank information.

Class providers using Stripe through Classia may need a Stripe Connect account and must accept Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement. Providers authorise Classia to help create and manage connected account settings in Stripe as required to deliver the Service.

Fees, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks for classes are set and handled by the class provider, unless the Service explicitly states otherwise.

Service plans and fees

If you sign up to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown on our pricing page or in the Service at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful information

  • Access accounts or data without permission

  • Interfere with security or the operation of the Service

Your content

You retain ownership of Content you upload. You grant Classia a limited licence to host, process, and display Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed to upload and process Content, including children's data.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Class providers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and use participant and guardian data.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or change the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
