Dancers

View and manage dancer records, open details like age and families, show archived dancers, and keep participant information ready for enrolments and checks

Overview

Dancers are the participants who attend your classes.

The Dancers area lets you:

  • View all active dancers
  • Open a dancer to see their details
  • Show or hide archived dancers
  • Create, edit, or archive a dancer

Opening the Dancers page

From the main navigation, select Dancers.

You will see a list of your dancers, including:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Families

Select a dancer name to open it, so you can check their details quickly.

What you can see on a dancer record

When you open a dancer, you can also see:

  • Photo consent status
  • Skill levels by dance class type (if recorded)

Showing archived dancers

By default, the list shows active dancers.

To include archived dancers:

  • Select Show Archived

This is useful when you need to look back without changing active lists.

Sorting the list

Use the Filters menu to sort by:

  • Name (A-Z or Z-A)
  • Date of birth (oldest or youngest first)
