Use the read-only schedule view to see upcoming sessions across classes, sorted by date and time, and filter by teacher for quick checks and planning today
Overview
The schedule shows upcoming sessions across your classes.
It is a read-only view designed for quick checking.
Viewing the schedule
To view the schedule:
- From the main navigation, select Schedules.
You can switch between Day, Week, Month, and Mon-Fri views.
Day and week views focus on the selected date, while the month views give a wider overview.
Class colors and cancellations
Each session card uses the class colour on the left border for quick scanning.
If a session is cancelled:
- The left border turns red
- The background is a very light red
Filtering by teacher
To view sessions for a single teacher:
- Select a teacher from the filter
The list updates immediately.
Hiding weekends
Choose Mon-Fri to hide weekends in the calendar view.
Waitlist an enrolment request
Waitlist an enrolment request with a reason so it stays pending, and explain the delay clearly to the requester while you decide next steps without approving it
Dancers
View and manage dancer records, open details like age and families, show archived dancers, and keep participant information ready for enrolments and checks
