Adults
View and manage adult records for parents and guardians, open details, show archived adults, and keep family links ready for responsible adult selection
Overview
Adults are the parents or guardians responsible for dancers.
The Adults area lets you:
- View all active adults
- Open an adult to see their details
- Show or hide archived adults
- Create, edit, or archive an adult
Opening the Adults page
From the main navigation, select Adults.
You will see a list of adults, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Families
Select a name to open it if you need to check details or links.
Showing archived adults
By default, the list shows active adults.
To include archived adults:
- Select Show Archived
This helps you find past records without cluttering daily work.
Sorting the list
Use the Filters menu to sort by:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone
Archive a dancer
Archive a dancer to remove them from active lists while keeping enrolments and attendance history, plus how to view or restore them later when needed again

Create an adult record with contact details and optional family links so guardians can be responsible adults for enrolments and communications with staff
