Edit an adult
Edit an adult to update contact details or family links, with steps to open the form, save changes safely, and keep enrolment links accurate when details change
Overview
Editing an adult lets you update their details or the families they are linked to.
This is useful if contact details change or a family link needs correcting.
Opening the edit screen
To edit an adult:
- From the main navigation, select Adults.
- Select the adult you want to edit.
- Select Edit Adult.
The form will open with the current details filled in.
Editing adult details
You can update:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Families
Saving changes
To save your changes:
- Select Save
The adult record will be updated immediately.
Create an adult
Create an adult record with contact details and optional family links so guardians can be responsible adults for enrolments and communications with staff
Archive an adult
Archive an adult to hide them from active lists while keeping family links and history, and note limits on being chosen for new enrolments or approvals
