Create an adult

Create an adult record with contact details and optional family links so guardians can be responsible adults for enrolments and communications with staff

Overview

Creating an adult adds a parent or guardian to your records.

Adults can be linked to families and assigned as responsible adults for enrolments.

Creating a new adult

To create an adult:

  1. From the main navigation, select Adults.
  2. Select New Adult.
  3. Enter the adult details.
  4. Select Save.

The adult will be added to your adults list.

Adult details

When creating an adult, you will enter:

  • First name and Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone (optional)
  • Families (optional)
