Archive a term
Archive a term to tidy daily lists while keeping classes and records linked, plus how to view, restore and common questions about impact without deleting data
Overview
Archiving a term removes it from your active terms list without deleting it.
This is useful for past terms that you no longer need to manage but may still want to reference for dates, classes, or records.
Archived terms can be viewed again at any time.
When to archive a term
You might archive a term when:
- The term has finished
- You no longer need to edit its dates or details
- You want to keep the terms list focused on current and upcoming terms
Archiving is recommended instead of deleting, as it preserves historical information.
