Update your provider profile

Update your organisation’s provider profile, including name, contact details and location settings, and choose automatic geocoding or manual coordinates

Overview

The provider profile stores your organisation name, address, and contact details.

These details are used across your account, so keeping them up to date helps everything stay consistent.

Opening provider settings

To update your provider profile:

  1. From the main navigation, select Settings.
  2. Open the Account tab if it is not already selected.

Updating details

You can update:

  • Provider name
  • Address and postcode
  • Phone and email
  • Website

Map and location

You can choose how location coordinates are set:

  • Use geocoding to calculate coordinates from the address
  • Set manually to enter latitude and longitude

If you select Set manually, enter the latitude and longitude before saving.

Saving changes

To save your changes:

  • Select Save

The profile is updated immediately.
