Manage public enrolment
Control whether your public enrolment page is visible, update the public description, logo and slug, and save changes safely when sign-ups open or close
Overview
Public enrolment controls whether people can use your public enrolment link.
You can turn it on or off at any time, which gives you control over when sign-ups are open.
Opening public enrolment settings
To manage public enrolment:
- From the main navigation, select Settings.
- Open the Public Enrollment tab.
Turning public enrolment on or off
To allow public enrolment:
- Enable Allow Public Enrollment
To stop public enrolment:
- Disable Allow Public Enrollment
Updating public details
You can also update:
- Logo
- Public description
- Public profile slug
Changing the slug changes your public link.
Saving changes
To save your changes:
- Select Save
Update your provider profile
Update your organisation’s provider profile, including name, contact details and location settings, and choose automatic geocoding or manual coordinates
Invite a user
Invite another admin to your account, send an email invitation from Settings, and keep access controlled so only staff can manage data from the Users tab
