Remove a user
Remove an admin’s access from your account, confirm the action from Settings, see access end immediately, and note that the last admin cannot be removed
Overview
You can remove another admin from your account if they no longer need access.
This helps keep access limited to the right people.
Removing a user
To remove a user:
- From the main navigation, select Settings.
- Open the Users tab.
- Find the user you want to remove.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
What to be careful about
You cannot remove the last admin from an account.
If you remove someone, their access ends immediately.
Invite a user
Invite another admin to your account, send an email invitation from Settings, and keep access controlled so only staff can manage data from the Users tab
Delete your account
Permanently delete your user account and access from Settings after confirming your password, with a reminder that this cannot be undone, so proceed with care
