Families
Manage families that link adults and dancers, open records to check links, and show archived families while keeping lists tidy and enrolments safe for under-18s
Overview
Families link adults to the dancers they are responsible for.
The Families area lets you:
- View all active families
- Open a family to see linked adults and dancers
- Show or hide archived families
- Create, edit, or archive a family
Opening the Families page
From the main navigation, select Families.
You will see a list of families, including:
- Family name
- Adults
- Dancers
Select a family name to open it if you need to check or update links.
Showing archived families
By default, the list shows active families.
To include archived families:
- Select Show Archived
This keeps the main list tidy while letting you find older records.
Sorting the list
Use the Filters menu to sort by:
- Family name
- Adults count
- Participants count
Archive an adult
Archive an adult to hide them from active lists while keeping family links and history, and note limits on being chosen for new enrolments or approvals
Create a family
Create a family to link adults and dancers, add notes, and support under-18 enrolments by ensuring responsible adults are recorded and connected for enrolments
