Create a family to link adults and dancers, add notes, and support under-18 enrolments by ensuring responsible adults are recorded and connected for enrolments

Creating a family helps you keep guardians and participants linked.
Families are required for under-18 dancers, so this is a key step for safe enrolments.
Creating a new family
To create a family:
- From the main navigation, select Families.
- Select New Family.
- Enter the family name.
- Select the adults and dancers to link.
- Select Save.
The family will be added to your families list.
Family details
When creating a family, you can set:
- Family name
- Notes (optional)
- Adults linked to the family
- Dancers linked to the family
