Archive a family
Archive a family to remove it from active lists while keeping linked adults, dancers and enrolment history, plus how to view and restore it later when needed
Overview
Archiving a family removes it from the active list without deleting it.
This is useful for households that are no longer active.
Archiving a family
To archive a family:
- From the main navigation, select Families.
- Select the family you want to archive.
- Select Archive Family.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
The family will be archived immediately.
What happens when a family is archived
When a family is archived:
- It no longer appears in the families list by default
- Linked adults and dancers remain on record
- Historical enrolments remain unchanged
Viewing archived families
To view archived families:
- Go to the Families list
- Select Show Archived
Restoring a family
If you need the family again:
- Open the archived family
- Restore or unarchive it using the available option
