Class fill rate report

See how full each class is, filter by term or studio, and spot underfilled classes to plan outreach and scheduling

Overview

The class fill rate report shows how full each class is based on its capacity.

It helps you spot underfilled classes, track overall fill, and plan next steps.

Opening the report

  1. From the main navigation, select Reports.
  2. Choose Class Fill Rate.

If there are no terms yet, create a term first so the report can run.

Filtering the report

You can filter by:

  • Term (required)
  • Studio
  • Included statuses (Active, Trial, or Paused)

Changing a filter refreshes the report results.

Refreshing the report

Select Refresh to pull the latest figures.

What the report shows

  • Overview totals for classes, enrolled count, and overall fill
  • A distribution chart showing how many classes fall into each fill range
  • The most underfilled classes
  • A class list with capacity, enrolled count, fill percentage, and status

Classes without a capacity set are shown as No capacity.
