Enrolment funnel report

Track how enrolments move from pending to trial or active, filter by term, studio, or class, and export results for planning

Overview

The enrolment funnel report shows how online enrolments progress from Pending into Trial or Active, including typical timing between stages.

It helps you understand conversion rates and where delays happen.

Opening the report

From the main navigation, select Reports.
Choose Enrolment Funnel.

If there are no terms yet, create a term first so the report can run.

Filtering the report

You can filter by:

Term (required)
Studio
Class

Changing a filter refreshes the report results.

Refreshing and exporting

Select Refresh to pull the latest figures.
Select Export CSV to download the current view.

What the report shows

Summary totals for enrolments and end states
Funnel stages and timing medians
A per-class breakdown with conversion percentages

If data warnings appear, review them before making decisions.
