View audit logs

Review audit logs to see who changed what and when, filter by action, type or actor, open related records, and note sensitive fields are hidden by default

Overview

Audit logs show who changed what and when.

They are useful for tracking updates and confirming what happened, especially when several people share an account.

Opening audit logs

From the main navigation, select Audit Logs.

You will see a list of recent changes.

Filtering audit logs

You can filter by:

  • Action (created, updated, deleted, archived, unarchived, cancelled)
  • Type (the record type)
  • Actor (the person who made the change)

You can also sort by:

  • Newest or oldest first
  • Action, record type, or actor alphabetically

What you can open

Where available, you can open the related record from the log entry.

What to be careful about

Sensitive fields, such as addresses or dates of birth, are not shown in the change list.
