Create a studio
Create a studio by entering a clear name and address details so classes can be linked to a location, with tips on labels that make sense to families and staff
Overview
Creating a studio allows you to define a physical location where classes take place.
A studio must exist before classes can be created or assigned to that location.
Creating a new studio
To create a studio:
- From the main navigation, select Studios.
- Select New Studio.
- Enter the studio details.
- Select Save.
The studio will be added to your studios list.
Studio details
When creating a studio, you’ll be asked for:
- Name – a clear label for the venue
- Address line 1
- Address line 2 (optional)
- City
- Postcode
Use names that make sense to staff and parents, especially if you have multiple locations.
Public notes and capacity
Studios also support two optional fields:
- Public notes – practical information shown on public studio pages (for example, parking or access instructions)
- Capacity – a soft limit that helps planning but does not block enrolments
Public notes are only shown on public pages. Internal notes remain private.
Cancelling
If you do not want to save the studio:
- Select Cancel
No studio will be created.
