Archive a studio to hide a venue from active lists while preserving linked classes and history, and learn when to do it and how to restore later if needed
Overview
Archiving a studio removes it from the active studios list without deleting it.
This is useful for venues you no longer use but may want to reference later.
When to archive a studio
You might archive a studio when:
- You no longer run classes at that location
- A temporary venue is no longer in use
- You want to keep the studios list tidy
Archiving is reversible.
Archiving a studio
To archive a studio:
- From the main navigation, select Studios.
- Select the studio you want to archive.
- Select Archive Studio.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
The studio will be archived immediately.
What happens when a studio is archived
When a studio is archived:
- It no longer appears in the studios list by default
- Existing classes remain linked for reference
- Historical information is preserved
No data is deleted.
Viewing archived studios
To view archived studios:
- Go to the Studios list
- Select Show Archived
Restoring a studio
If you need to use a studio again:
- Open the archived studio
- Restore or unarchive it using the available option
The studio will return to the active list.
