Change payment fee handling

Choose whether payment fees are deducted from payouts or added to checkout, and save the option that suits your pricing and payout preferences for payers

Overview

You can choose how payment processing fees are handled.

This helps you keep pricing and payouts predictable.

Changing fee handling

To change fee handling:

From the main navigation, select Settings.
Open Payment Fees.
Choose one of the fee options.
Select Save.

Fee options

You can choose:

Fees deducted from payouts (account bears the fee)
Fees added to checkout (payer covers the fee)

Set up payments

Connect Stripe to enable payments, follow the setup steps from Settings, and complete Stripe’s identity and bank requirements before returning to Classia

Reports

View summary reports to understand enrolment activity over time, filter by term or class, and export results for planning
